By purchasing from or using GetDigitalCraft ("we", "us", "our") at getdigitalcraft.com you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully before completing a purchase.
Products & Digital Delivery
All products sold on GetDigitalCraft are digital downloads delivered by email immediately after payment is confirmed. You are purchasing a license to use the product, not ownership of the underlying intellectual property.
License Terms
- Courses & eBooks (personal license): For your personal use only. You may not resell, reproduce, redistribute, or sub-license the content in any form.
- Royalty-Free Music Pack (commercial license): You may use the tracks in your own YouTube videos, podcasts, social media, advertisements, and client projects without attribution. You may not resell the tracks as standalone files or as part of another music pack.
- Templates (client-use license): You may use templates in deliverables for clients. You may not resell or redistribute the templates themselves as a standalone product.
Refund Policy
All sales are final. Because our products are delivered digitally and instantly, we do not offer refunds after a download link has been delivered or accessed.
If you experience a technical issue with a file (e.g., corrupted download, incorrect file delivered), contact us at support@getdigitalcraft.com within 7 days and we will resolve it immediately at no charge.
EU customers: By completing a purchase and accessing your download, you acknowledge that you are requesting immediate performance and waive your right of withdrawal under Article 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU.
Intellectual Property
All content, branding, product files, and materials on this site are owned by GetDigitalCraft or licensed to us. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
Payments & Security
All payments are processed by Stripe, which is PCI-DSS Level 1 certified. GetDigitalCraft never stores your card details. Prices are in USD unless otherwise stated. We are not responsible for currency conversion fees charged by your bank or card issuer.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Products are provided "as is." While we strive for the highest quality, we make no guarantee that any product will achieve a specific business or financial result. Results vary based on individual effort and circumstances.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GetDigitalCraft's total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of our products is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant product.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Colorado.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
