What you get, and what happens if you don't.

Most web work is sold on vague promises and open-ended invoices. Here is exactly what we commit to, in plain terms.
You own everything
The domain is registered in your name, not ours. The files are yours. If you stop working with us tomorrow you keep the site, the domain, and everything in it, and you can move it to any host or any other developer. We hand over the files without argument and without a fee.
This matters more than it sounds. A great deal of this industry registers the domain in their own name and holds it hostage when a client leaves. We don't — and you should ask anyone else you're considering whether they do.
The price is the price
The figures on our pricing page are what you pay. No discovery fee, no setup fee on top of the setup fee, no surprise invoice at the end. If something you ask for falls outside the tier you bought, we tell you the cost before we do the work, and you decide.
Timing
Starter sites go live within a week of us having your photos and details. Standard and Local SEO take longer because there is more to build, and we give you a date in writing before we start.
The usual cause of delay is waiting on content from you, not the build. We'll chase you politely; the sooner you send photos, the sooner it ships.
If you're not happy
Before it goes live: you review the site on a private link and tell us what to change. We change it. This isn't limited to one round — we keep going until you approve it.
After it goes live: if the site isn't what we agreed to build, tell us within 14 days and we'll either fix it or refund the one-time fee in full. We'd rather refund you than have work of ours out there that you resent paying for.
Refunds don't apply to work you approved and later changed your mind about, or to monthly fees for months already served — those stop going forward rather than being clawed back.
Monthly plans
Standard and Local SEO include a monthly fee for hosting, edits, and ongoing work. Cancel any time. No contract, no minimum term, no cancellation fee.
If you cancel, the site is still yours. We hand over the files and help you move it. What stops is us doing the ongoing work — not your ownership of it.
What we won't do
- We won't register your domain in our name.
- We won't lock your site to a platform you can't leave.
- We won't sell you SEO outcomes we can't control. Nobody can promise a Google ranking, and anyone who does is guessing.
- We won't add work to your invoice without telling you first.
